Our eStore…

We accept Visa and MasterCard on our secure server. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received. We process credit card charges when the order is ready to ship.

If you’re uncomfortable using your credit card on-line, please drop us an e-mail at info@canadiansweets.com and we will do our best to respond within 48 hours. Payment may also be made by phone using your credit card, or you can mail us an INTERNATIONAL money order or certified cheque from your banking institution in US funds.

Returns…

Our primary goal is to keep you as a happy customer! If you are unhappy with our product or service please contact us by e-mail at: info@canadiansweets.com within 3 days from your receipt of the product, stating your problem clearly.

We will review your problem, and if required, we will issue you a Return Authorization and complete instructions. If we goofed and shipped the wrong product, we will replace it and refund you the shipping costs involved. We regret we can not be responsible for product damaged or delayed in shipping.

“We recommend that you use Air service to reduce handling, and receive your goodies in the fastest possible time.” Our products are fresh and scheduled to ship within 5 business days of CanadianSweets.com receiving your order. They leave us in perfect condition.
