When will my order of goodies arrive at my door?

Orders are picked, packed and scheduled to ship within 5 BUSINESS days from when we receive your order. Ground Service standard is 6-12 business days, Xpress Post (guaranteed), 3-5 business days. International orders will depend on the option chosen.

Where does my order ship from?

Your order will be shipped from Toronto, Canada.

Why does my order still show as “processing”?

It’s possible we’re having a supply issue or more than likely we haven’t updated our online system at the time of your login. You will receive an update stating that your order has shipped and the delivery timeframe.

I didn’t see what I wanted in your shop. Can you order *this*?

If you would like to see something specific in our shop that we don’t already carry, please fill out this item request form. Most of the items you see have been special requests.

Do you report fraudulent credit cards?

FYI-We’re smarter than you. Any attempt at Credit Card Fraud is pointless. All bases are covered. Please also note that we have already contacted the banking institution that the card is registered with in order to advise them of the situation and we contact police fraud divisions in the appropriate country. Your order will be cancelled.

Is my credit card information safe to use on your website?

Yes! Our order pages in our shop use SSL for your protection.

I live outside the United States. How much will shipping cost me?

International shipping rates will apply, we will contact you directly to advise you of the best option and cost available to you. If interested in placing an international order, please contact us to send an inquiry.

y do you use USD on your website when you’re a Canadian company?

We operate primarily as an export company and the majority of online export businesses utilize this currency as their standard.

What currency will I be billed in?

All prices are in USD.

How much will shipping cost me?

We currently have two shipping options available at this time – Canada Post Ground USA and Canada Post Xpress USA. You will be able to calculate your shipping upon checkout, based on the total weight of the items you’ve ordered.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order.

What happens if I refuse the order?

You will not be refunded the shipping cost as per our return policy and the product must be returned in perfect condition. If not, you will be billed for the product as well.

What is a CVV or CVN number?

This is the last 3 digits on the back of your credit card. It is required for the processing of your order.

Why don’t you post ingredient or nutritional information?

We do not list the ingredients on the website for a number of reasons. We cannot be held liable for any medical issues that may arise from information posted within our site or not posted within our site.

We’re not the manufacturers and we would encourage you to contact the manufacturer for any allergy/medical/ingredient/nutritional questions. We are merely an online retailer of the products you see listed. Any information given from our staff may or may not be accurate, thus we do not post or provide any information at all. In today’s society it’s unfortunate that we have to protect ourselves in such a guarded manner but this is simply the reality we must deal with. We would be happy to provide the manufacturers information so you can obtain the answer to your question directly from their office.

Why don’t you sell in Canada?

Products are readily available to Canadians on a variety of levels. Can’t find your desired product. Please contact the manufacturer to find a location near you.

Do you charge a handling or FDA fee?

No. We simply charge product and shipping fees.
