Return & Refund Policy

Effective for all purchases made through CanadianSweets.com

General Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted on candy, snacks, or any food-related items.

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include photos of the packing slip and affected items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Perishable goods (including all candy and food products)
• Custom or special-order products
• Gift cards

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
• Submit clear photographs and a description of the issue.
• We will assess your claim and, if approved, offer either a refund or a replacement item.

For partial damage to multi-item cases, we will refund only the portion related to the damaged items, not the full case.

All damage claims must be submitted within the specified timeframe for consideration.

Refunds
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
• Refunds exclude original shipping costs, and return shipping is not covered by CanadianSweets.com.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to any authorized return of non-consumable items.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

Price Adjustments

CanadianSweets.com does not offer price adjustments on any past or future orders.
